If you have any special requests regarding personalization, please feel free to leave us a comment when confirming your order. No returns, no exchanges.

Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt, except for personalized items, which cannot be returned or exchanged. For all orders outside the euro zone, we have ensured that shipping, customs fees, and taxes are included in the final price. This means that upon receipt of your order, you will not have to pay any additional fees.
