Shipping policy

Orders are shipped within a maximum of 24 business hours (Monday to Friday). This period corresponds to the time needed to prepare your order in our warehouses before it is handed over to the selected carrier. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped containing a link to track your delivery.

Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen (orders placed after 1 p.m. will be shipped the following day). Items from the Clothing collection are ready to ship within 24 hours. Personalized items are made to order and require 6 weeks of production time. If your order includes several items, it will be shipped in a single package once all items are ready.

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, the shipping destination, and the value of the purchase.

If duties and taxes apply at checkout, they will appear as a separate line. If they are already included in the product price, this will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Please note that during the brand’s anniversary period (in April), delivery times may be slightly extended.
