Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, except for personalized items.
Due to the unique and custom nature of these products (such as items with names or monograms), they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Products must be returned in their original condition: new, unworn, with all original tags attached, and accompanied by the original delivery note or a copy. If the item is damaged or returned without its tag, no refund can be issued.

Returning an item from France:

Please inform us by email at bonjour@callitbyyourname.fr of your intention to return the product. Returns must be sent with insurance covering the product’s value; return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please send your articles at the following adress:

Returning an Item from Europe:

Visit our return portal to submit your request. You will need to follow the instructions provided to arrange your return. Enter your order number (be sure to copy and paste the “#” before the order number, e.g., #12345) and the email address used during your purchase.

Unlike international orders, no prepaid shipping label is provided for European returns. You must arrange the return yourself, following the instructions on the portal.

Once we receive the package, we will issue a refund within 14 business days and credit the credit card used for the purchase. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost by the carrier.

Making an International return:

Please visit our return portal where you can generate your prepaid return label by entering your order number  (be sure to copy and paste the "#" before the order number, for example: #12345) and the email address used for your purchase.

Return fees

The cost of return shipping is the amount charged by the carrier, which will appear on the return label. This amount will be deducted from the initial order amount at the time of refund.

Exchanging an item

It is not possible to exchange items from the permanent collection. We recommend placing a new order for the desired piece and returning the initial item once received.

Can I return my online order to Le Bon Marché?

For all orders placed through our online store, returns cannot be made at Le Bon Marché or at one of our retailers, and vice versa. For products purchased from our retailers, please contact them directly to follow their return procedure.
