Please note that personalized items are made to order and require a 4-week creation time.

As the number of characters for your message is limited, you can write your personalization without hyphens or spaces: we will add them during the embroidery process. For any special requests relating to personalization, please feel free to leave us a comment when validating your order. Dye baths may vary slightly from one production to another. No returns, no exchanges.

Delivery UPS / DHL to: worldwide Courier service Paris intramuros and inner suburbs. Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt of the parcel, except for personalised items, which cannot be returned or exchanged. Outside Europe, customs or import taxes may be added to the price and are payable by the customer.
