Returns: Returns are possible within 10 days for items from the "ready-to-wear" collection, embroidered by us, i.e. non-customized items.Taking into account the unique and personalized character of the particular order and the articles with first name and monograms, these articles can be neither taken back nor exchanged. |

Deliveries: Delivery charges and other special taxes will be calculated at checkout. Delivery by Colissimo: Delivery by Colissimo service is only available in metropolitan France. |
| Cleaning: Our production is handmade, the bandanas as well as the embroideries that we make may have some irregularities. This is the charm of craftsmanship. Our bandanas are printed in one of the last bandana factories in South Carolina, USA. Our embroideries are hand made with love and patience in Paris by our beloved embroiderers. The manufacturing of our accessories is also 100% made in France. |
