Preparation

Items from the READY-TO-WEAR collection are ready for shipment within 72 hours. PERSONALIZED items are created to order and require 4 weeks' lead time. If your order comprises several items, it will be prepared in a single parcel when all items are ready.

Shipping

Your order will be delivered by Colissimo (delivery in mainland France within 48 hours). For fastest delivery, we recommend that you enter the details of an address where you are present during the day,
, or make sure that someone can collect your parcel for you.

On-site collection

You can collect your order free of charge from Le Bon Marché, 24 rue de Sèvres 75007 Paris. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is ready for collection.

Delivery by courier

For residents of Paris intramuros only, we also offer delivery by courier within 24 hours. This method of delivery is only available for items from the PRÊT-À-PORTER collection.

Free delivery in France and Worldwide

Free Colissimo delivery for France from 200€. UPS or DHL delivery is offered for the rest of the world for orders over 600€. Outside the European Union, customs or import taxes may be added to the price and are payable by the customer.

Returns possible within 14 days of receipt of parcel, except for personalized items: Given the unique and personalized nature of the particular order and items with first names and monograms, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return procedure:
- Inform us by email at (bonjour@callitbyyourname.fr) of your wish to return the product.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, new, unworn and with all labels attached, accompanied by the original purchase invoice or a copy thereof. These costs are at your expense.
- Returns are only accepted by Colissimo Suivi, with insurance covering the value of the product.
- The return address is ACOLYT BORDEAUX, 22 rue Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, Multi I, Parc d'activités des Lacs, 33290 Blanquefort, France.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost by La Poste.
- Once the parcel has been received, we will proceed with the reimbursement of the order. (1 week lead time)
