How to place an order on the Call It By Your Name online store?
Select the items of your choice, as well as the proposed options (size, color, or personalization), then add them to your cart before finalizing your order.
Once your order is validated, you will be redirected to a screen confirming the registration of your order, and then you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order. To track the progress of your order, go to your "My Account" area in the "My Orders" section.
Note that if your order includes both a personalized item and a non-personalized item, it will be shipped all at once. Since the creation time for personalized items is approximately 4 weeks, the entire order will be shipped after this period.
Can I order a personalized item?
Yes, some items can be personalized directly using our personalization tool. Each creation is made especially for you. Our embroideries are handmade in Paris and require a 4-week creation time.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders are prepared quickly, and personalized items are put into production without delay. We invite you to contact our customer service as soon as possible for any request.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
A confirmation email is sent to you after validation. If you don't receive it, please check your spam folder.
Where is my order?
We send you a confirmation email a few minutes after your order is validated. In this email, you will find a summary of your order. A second email will be sent to you after your order has been shipped by our warehouse. It will include your tracking number to track your package.
For orders including personalization, the shipping email will arrive 4 to 5 weeks after the total production of your order and upon shipment by our warehouse.

Are international orders subject to customs fees?
For all orders outside the Eurozone, we have ensured that transportation, customs fees, and taxes are included in the final price. Therefore, upon receipt of your order, you will not have anything additional to pay.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards as well as payment methods adapted to your country.

You can enter your discount code directly in your cart during checkout.
Enter your discount code in the "Discount code or gift card" field and then click "Validate". The total amount of your cart will be automatically updated.

How does personalization work?
Call It By Your Name is a story of ready-to-wear and accessories, but it's also about a taste for personalization. To add both an original and personal touch to your accessories, opt for our personalized embroidery. Carefully crafted in our Parisian workshops, this embroidery is the ideal tool to express your personality, whether for yourself or to treat your loved ones. Each of our creations is the work of expert embroiderers, attentive to every detail, thus guaranteeing a unique and authentic result.

The customizable Call It By Your Name products are as follows: the Maxi Cabas, the Moyen Cabas, the Toiletry Bag (large and mini), the Laptop Pouch, the Zipped Pouch (large and mini), the Maxi Bucket Bag, the Bandana (small and large embroidery).

How to personalize a product?
Our personalization tool is here to guide you through the product personalization process and provide a real-time preview of the finished product.
The first step is to choose the primary and secondary colors. The primary color corresponds to the front and back, the secondary color is applied to the sides for the tote bags, and to the zippers for other accessories. These two colors are reversible on the inside.
The second step concerns the quilting of your product. For some items, it is possible to add this finish or not.
The third step is dedicated to embroidery. Depending on the products, you can add a maximum number of letters, in various possible locations. It is possible to specify the desired embroidery colors per letter in the comments.
Final step, whether or not to add emojis to your product. You can add 1 to 3 emojis maximum if you wish: a clover, a mushroom, a rainbow…
Before finalizing your personalization and adding your product to the cart, a preview will be offered, and you can go back to make any possible modifications. A space to add any special requests will be provided.
What are the personalization deadlines?
Our embroideries and products are handmade and crafted, please allow 4 to 5 weeks before your personalized order is shipped.
A shipping email will be sent to you as soon as our warehouse has dispatched your order.
Can I return a personalized item?
Given the unique and personalized nature of special orders and items with names and monograms, these items cannot be returned.
Can I preview my personalization before validating?
A preview is displayed throughout the process thanks to our personalization tool. Before validating and adding the product to your cart, you have the option to go back at any time to previous steps to modify or complete the information according to your preferences.
Each piece is carefully handmade, in the spirit of the brand: the preview remains indicative and slight variations may occur.

What should I do if I don't receive my order?
If you have not yet received your order, we invite you to primarily check the delivery tracking provided during shipping. It is possible that the package is in transit or that an exceptional delay has occurred.
Also remember to check with your family or caretaker.
If, despite these checks, your order remains untraceable, contact our customer service, specifying your order number. We will do what is necessary to locate your package and offer you a solution as quickly as possible.

- What if my product is damaged or I have not received the product I ordered?
In these cases, please contact our customer service, mentioning your order number, the unreceived or damaged item, and include photos of your package.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is our return procedure?
Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt, except for personalized items, which cannot be returned or exchanged. Depending on the destination country, shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes may be included in the final price. Otherwise, this will be clearly indicated during payment. For more information, please consult our return policy.
Can I make an exchange?
It is not possible to exchange an item from the permanent collection. We advise you to place a new order for the desired item, then await receipt of your first order and proceed with a return.
For personalized items: given the unique and personalized nature of special orders and items with names and monograms, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
What are the refund periods?
Upon receipt of the package by our warehouse, the refund is initiated within 14 working days to the credit card used for the purchase.
Can I return my online order to Le Bon Marché?
For all orders placed on our online store, it is not possible to return them to Le Bon Marché or any of our resellers, and vice versa. For products purchased from our resellers, please contact them to follow their return procedure.
I received a defective item, what should I do?
In these cases, please contact our customer service, mentioning your order number, the defective item, and attach photos of your package. Depending on the situation, we will guide you through the following procedures.
